About Kanban Boards

Kanban is a visual system for managing work as it moves through a process. It visualizes both the process (the workflow) and the actual work passing through that process. The goal of Kanban is to identify potential bottlenecks in your process and fix them so work can flow through it cost-effectively at an optimal speed or throughput.

How to use this Kanban board:

• Create columns that represent stages in your workflow (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done)
• Add tasks to the appropriate columns
• Drag and drop tasks between columns as they progress
• Edit or delete tasks as needed
• Add or remove columns to customize your workflow
• Export your board to save it or share with others
• Import a previously saved board to continue where you left off
